We cycle along the former forest railway line through the picturesque gorge landscape of the Reichraminger Hintergebirge, accompanied by the sound of the Großer Bach stream. Then we continue on foot to the highest fir tree in the Kalkalpen National Park an impressive testament to centuries of forest history. The development of the forests since the end of forestry use over 30 years ago into today's forest wilderness makes this tour an exciting nature experience. On the way back, you can stop for refreshments at the Klaushütte.
