Snowshoeing on the Hengstpass - kalkalpen.at

National Park Ranger leads two adults on snowshoes through a winter landscape on the Hengstpass.

Snow-covered mountain pastures, snow-covered forests: On our guided snowshoe tour, you can really enjoy the tranquillity of the winter mountain world. We look out for animal tracks and find out how wild animals and plants adapt to the cold season.

No previous experience required: this tour is suitable for anyone who enjoys hiking. After a few steps, you will be very familiar with the snowshoes.

Group size: max. 15

Time & duration: approx. 4 hours (pure walking time approx. 2.5 hours)

Fee: Adults € 30,- / Children (from 11 years) € 19,- / Prices include snowshoes and poles

Equipment: Mountain boots, ski pants, warm winter clothing, snack and drink, ski poles if available
