WildnisCamp

IN KALKALPEN NATIONAL PARK

The national park WildnisCamp is located in a sunny clearing in the middle of the Kalkalpen National Park forest at 940 meters above sea level. This comfortable oasis in the wilderness can only be reached on foot; cell phones are off the air here.

Overnight stays in the middle of the national park - summer camps, schools, groups

National Park WildnisCamp

Spending the night in the middle of a national park and experiencing the forest wilderness up close is something special anywhere in the world. The national park WildnisCamp offers two cozy huts with multi-bed rooms, a group room and a fireplace. More about the facilities...

All programs can be booked as part of our summer camps and individually as a group. The camp is ideally equipped for seminars, workshops and school groups.

Multi-day wilderness programs with national park rangers:

Embark on the adventure of nature. Together we will find out how to make a fire, recognize animal tracks, identify edible plants, orient ourselves in the wilderness and find out who lives in a mountain stream. Carve your own eating utensils and look forward to adventurous hikes and exciting night-time activities. Maybe we'll even discover lynx tracks?

We prepare our meals together around the campfire as often as possible, and we attach great importance to healthy cooking.
