Ranger points to red berries from the laurel daphne

Orchids and an astonishing variety of treasures from our local flora await you on this botanical tour. We will find out which plants are edible and what hidden healing powers or poisons are hidden in alpine herbs.

June 27, 2026: Tour to the Hohe Dirn in Losenstein from the upper parking lot (approx. 3 hours of pure walking time; refreshments available at the Anton Schosser Hütte at lunchtime)
1 Aug. 2026: Tour to the Bodenwies near Unterlaussa from the Schüttbauernalm (approx. 500 m/3.5 hours of pure walking time, sure-footedness and good physical condition required for this tour!)
